In a bowl mix flours, chopped chillies, coriander, garlic, turmeric, salt, cucumber, 1 tablespoon oil and mix
Add 1/8 cup water and mix well so there are no lumps.
Add buttermilk and mix well
We need a slightly thinner than idli batter. Also cucumber leaves out lot of water so add water accordingly
Keep this mixture aside, covered with a lid
Heat a nonstick pan or a griddle and slightly grease with some oil
Pour a big spoon full of the batter and spread it as thinly as possible
Drizzle some oil on top and let the paratha cook well
Once cooked, the top side will change colour.
Invert the paratha and cook from other side too
Make all parathas in this manner.
Serve with curry, yogurt dip or chutney
